If you’ve wondered or cared where I have been, Luigi and I have been jogging in the evenings and I have come down with flu like symptoms. I just recently found out you can get these symptoms if you exercise and have imbalances in the body. Lucky me.
When I’m trying to obtain that smoking hot body for next beach season, I get sick. I guess I need to straighten out my insides first.
For those who like to give medical advice: I’ve begun eating an actual breakfast and waking up at a decent time too (0800.) My lunch consists of some sort of Lean Cuissine. And a no calorie drink, some kind of flavored water. My day commences, and once I pick up Luigi we jog one day as much as I can, and walk the next day. We shower and eat dinner, and have our evening. Last night I ran quite a high fever and I have had a consistent head ache for a few days, pushing it back with ibuprofen. Some ibuprofen broke my fever last night in my sleep. I did do some reading and like I said, imbalances and dehydration. I’m also quite a bit nauseas, sometimes with the prospect of eating, but I guess that would be attributed to the flu like symptoms.
Anyway enough of my complaining, I won’t let this beat me. We continue to jog today. I hope everyone else is doing well!
